Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. When will my payment be charged?
Payments are charged at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card details.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • Transit time: 4-7 business days

  • Total delivery time: 5-10 business days

5. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

6. Do you charge for shipping?
No, shipping is completely free under our Free Shipping method.

7. Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
If the wrong order was placed by the customer, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

10. How long does it take to process a return?
Return processing takes up to 7 business days once we receive your package.

11. What if my package was damaged during delivery?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a clear photo and send it to help@griffinsuniformsinc.shop within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
